How do delivery prices work on the COD form?
You set them in the form’s Shipping rates tab. A rate can apply:
- Per wilaya or province, the usual choice in Algeria and the rest of North Africa.
- Per country, if you deliver across borders.
- Everywhere, one price for every order.
Each rate can also be limited by product, order weight or order value, so it only applies to the orders it’s meant for.
When the buyer picks their wilaya in the form, the delivery price is added to the total before they confirm, so they see the full amount they’ll pay at the door.
How should you price delivery by wilaya?
Start from your courier’s price list, not from a guess. Then decide how much of the delivery cost the buyer pays:
- List your courier’s price for each wilaya you deliver to.
- Group wilayas with similar prices if you want a simpler table, for example the wilayas near your warehouse, the rest of the north, and the south.
- Decide what you absorb. Some sellers charge the courier’s price as is; others fold part of it into the product price and show a lower delivery fee.
- Ask your courier how they price home delivery and stop desk, and make sure your prices cover the option your buyers choose.
Re-check your table whenever your courier changes its prices.
What changed with Algeria’s 69 wilayas?
Algeria went from 58 to 69 wilayas in November 2025. The 11 new ones (numbered 59 to 69) take over their own services on 1 January 2027; until then, their parent wilayas run them (Algérie360).
During the transition, your form, your courier and your buyers may not use the same list. Check that each wilaya your courier serves has a price in your form, and that buyers in the new wilayas can still find theirs.
Can you show the form only where you deliver?
Yes. Use Visibility to show the form only to certain countries, or only for certain products, collections or order totals. Phone numbers are checked against the mobile formats of North African and Middle Eastern countries, which keeps obviously wrong numbers out of your orders.
Where do delivery prices fit with the rest of the form?
- Quantity offers spread one delivery fee over more units.
- Spam protection blocks repeat fake orders before you pay for their delivery.
